Get some Sleep

Some students think that cramming for finals is the only way to get through this challenging period. However, this is just an old myth that should be forgotten. In fact, sleep deprivation makes your retain less information, lowers your concentration and makes you irritated. Certainly not the best condition to study. Stay Active

It doesn’t mean that you should do full workout sessions, but 15 minutes of exercise every morning is what your brain needs to boost the blood flow. When you have breaks, use them to take a walk or do some push-ups.

Eat Well

We are what we eat, almost literally, so if you eat junk food… you probably got the idea. Quick calories won’t make you a better learner; on the contrary they will decrease your ability to study effectively. During this period, try to eat more fruit and vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. And one more important thing – always leave a quarter of your stomach empty.

Forget about Your Social Media Accounts
